Overview

Skyrim's follower system is integral to any playthrough, and, deciding which followers to take is an important decision when thinking of what character you want to roleplay in your next run. Unfortunately, there simply are not enough followers to cover all types of characters. For example, if one wanted to roleplay a Thalmor agent they would, unfortunately, come to the conclusion that there is not a single Altmer follower in the entire game. This seriously hurts roleplay and can hamper a player's ability to create the specific story they're looking for. It is precisely this problem that I seek to solve with this series of mods.

"Simple Roleplay Followers - A Slice of Summerset" adds 4 unique, High Elf followers that can accompany the player. Each follower is created using the base Skyrim resources, thus making all of the content lore friendly. These followers are intended to be used as tools for your RP and thus are not designed to be overly edgy or 4th wall breaking. Additionally, with the only dependency for this mod being RDO, you can easily slot it into any list.

The Followers:

  • Erilawe - Female, Light Armor Dual Wield Warrior, marriageable, and found in The Winking Skeever (Solitude)
  • Athendil - Male, Destruction & Conjuration Wizard, and found in The Silverblood Inn (Markarth)
  • Valcirilae - Female, Heavy Armor Two-Handed Warrior, marriageable, and found in Candlehearth Hall (Windhelm)
  • Thariel - Male, Light Armor Archer, and found in Frostfruit Inn (Rorikstead)

*In the future I may add quests to these followers, however, in an attempt to keep the mod simple, I will not unless there is sufficient
demand.
