Oh Talos! Kudos given, kinsman! Well met. I'm actually fine with the vanilla anims, and have long since waited for the simple tweak of making the unusually slow vanilla animations (only the slow ones) up to speed. I really wish I knew how to do it, but the learning curve takes time, and that I have little of. That said, if you ever feel generous please consider speeding up (by around 33%) the animation for two handed weapons from sneak, because the normal attack is almost just as slow as the power attack, when a normal attack should clearly be faster. And, the normal attack swings of two handed weapons while moving backward seem much slower than when moving sideways or forward, which is weird 'cause when I swing my baseball bat in real life, it's actually easier to swing it while moving backward. It's probably best for the two handed normal attacks to be the same animation speed whichever direction you're moving. Sorry for the long post, hope you'll consider it, thank you immensely, and Talos guide you.
