How unresponsible is it to allow any random barbarian-like hero to use an alchemy or an enchanting laboratory inside of a house in the middle of a city? It would take 3 days maximum till they put everything on fire! Some skill checks are required to ensure the safety of citizens.

Changelogs
Version 1.0
Original version
With this mode before you can buy an alchemy or an enchanting laboratory for your house, you need to acquire a certificate from a corresponding trainer. These certificates cost nothing, you just need to have the corresponding skill at 50 or higher. Also if you have a certificate in your inventory you cannot ask for another one (just to declutter the dialogue menu). The trainer must not be a member of the Thieves Guild, the Dark Brotherhood or the Volkihar clan.
Home decoration guides are updated accordingly.
Esp is flagged as esl and is compatible with all versions.
