Keep volume feedback thread to ONE comment thread. Every mod I release is louder than vanilla and as a result I have a lot of private messages and comments about it. While it's completely valid feedback and I recognise that until I release a full magic sound pack (Which is coming as soon as I finish the rest of the mods!) that the ISC magic slider will cause some audio to be either too loud or too quiet, It's a little tiring to see constantly, especially given as being slightly louder than vanilla is the idea behind what I'm doing. I don't like quiet, impactless audio effects, I like to feel it in my bones.
There are some known bugs with audio mods that are as a result of incorrect or edited sound descriptors. Please use xEdit to check that your installed spell mods do not change descriptors before you comment about inconsistent sound effects.
I do not take requests other than from mod authors. All magic sounds will be complete in the future, as will hopefully be audio replacers for the various magic mods available on the Nexus.
Even if my mods are too loud for your preference, this is not an excuse to break Nexus rules and to reupload my entire mod. My permissions are closed for a reason.
If you have a criticism of my mod that you want to tell me you are welcome to say it in the comments; and if I agree then I'll change it. But they're my mods; and if you don't like it you're welcome to change that in your own game but without permissions you're not welcome to share anything that involves my audio files.
You might not be aware of this, but comments on sound cloud clips (on Soundcloud) can be seen in the links you've posted here on this site.
Now the problem with that is it seems someone went through the effort of posting some extremely transphobic s#*! on every single one of your soundcloud samples. Meaning when someone mouses over it to play a sound bite from one of your mods on the mod's page, they can briefly see these comments.
And when I say every single one, I mean it; I went through and checked. You might want to go through and disable comments if you can, and remove them if you can. Just a heads up.
Yeah I reported them on soundcloud, they've also DMed me and commented on my mods before leaving transphobic images. I don't really care to remove them; people can see firsthand that even when my identity is nothing to do with my mods, I still get s#*! for it.
I've had people in the community in their little cliques chatting s#*! about me, attacking me for being 'woke' when the reality is I'm just interesting in releasing mods that I enjoy making, so this sort of thing means nothing to me. It's why I post the pride flags in the first place; to stand above people who let petty reasons like gender and sexuality affect their behaviour towards others, and to show people the reality of how it is to be out publicly, just in case they came to the conclusion that we're living the easy life.
He's doing it again! Thank you for constantly uploading your audio mods, they are very cool. I'm combining them with Satafinix's and my game sounds so fresh and new.
