Hi, unfortunately your castle doesn't show up for me either on the map or in the game, there is nothing. I don't understand if player houses are sensitive to Bethesda updates (I preferred not to update, staying at 1.6.640)
Ok, but it would have been better to make two versions, because most of the mods have not yet been upgraded to the new versions and as a result a large part of the players preferred to go back to the old version. Thank you for the clarification.
I’m sorry I can’t do more to help you. I do not have the anniversary version of the game and I did not intend to get it I already have all the extensions of Skyrim which is the cash cow of Bethesda.
As AE I mean the one stopped at 1.6.640, with only the 4 Bugthesda CCs, not the one complete with everything. If you don't feel like it, though, that's ok. We agree that Skyrim is the cash cow, that instead of thinking about improving other games of theirs, they try to suck more money from the Skyrim player, not even parasites would go that far.
Hello, I would really like to install this mod, but I am not sure how to "uncheck the DLC" as you say to do. I'm a little afraid to download it in case it breaks my game because I don't know what you mean by doing this. Can you help me with that? What does this mean, and how difficult is it to do? And will it mess up anything else if I do that?
Hello you must not be so suspicious, there are hundreds of downloads for this mod and no one reports me a problem. To uncheck the DLC you go to the Steam Library then on the game Skyrim SSE right click on the properties below there is the DLC you uncheck.
As for the mods to remove manually, you have to go into the game data, the path depends on where it is installed, you go (SteamLibrary, common steamapps, Skyrim Special Editions Data) where you delete (cceejsse001-hstead) and (cceejsse001-hstead.bsa).
I wasn't suspicious of you or your mod, I was just worried that I would break my game trying to do something I didn't know how to do, lol. So I went in to the library and found what you mean, but now I'm more confused. If I uncheck that, won't it take away ALL of my DLC? I have the SSE Anniversary edition and I don't want to lose all of the extra things that came with it, which I think I paid extra to get. If the only issue is the Tundra Homestead, isn't there some way to only disable that one house in particular?
Hello yes as I explained you can just remove the farm from the tundra . You go into the hard drive or is the game. Here’s how to do it : C:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\Skyrim Special Edition\Data And you delete (cceejsse001-hstead) and (cceejsse001-hstead.bsa) You don’t have to delete them you can just move them on your desktop in a folder for example.
Yes I know that’s why I put in description the procedure to follow to avoid this problem ! It's better to deactivate the DLC if you want to get the most out of this mod. after verification Hearthfires is essential to play in VR, the best is not to put my mod if you prefer to have Tundra Homestead. I'm sorry I don't have a solution to this problem.
Thank you wench18 for this beautiful castle, I love it because the layout is perfect and easy to navigate it doesn't feel like a big maze at all, plus there's room for a bunch of followers which is a big plus for me. you're awesome keep up the good work
