Hey mate, I've been trawling through all the spell casting speed mods around the nexus and there are none for VR, none that seem to work anyway, what's the chances you'd be able to have a go at creating one for VR?
Would it be possible, if you don't mind me making a suggestion, to have a 'mod spell magnitude/duration' perk entry that only affects one magic effect (using conditions) in a spell, instead of the entire spell ?
So a mod spell magnitude/duration that runs on an individual mgef and not the entire spell? That is definitely doable, i'm planning on doing an update soon and will try to include that.
I hope you'll be able to! That genuinely sounds like a game-changer for perk mods, as mod spell magnitude has always been annoying with spells that have multiple keywords.
I'm confused on one thing, the description mentions that these perks need to have rank 2/3/4 (or whatever else) to work, but then the last line mentions
Add the perk to actors of interest however you like (only needs to be given as rank 1 so it won't change the spell costs)
in xEdit/CK, you have to set the perk to the appropriate rank but when you are adding the perk to an actor in game, just add it normally. The idea with PEPE is that the perk is not active unless a DLL author inserts a call to check for that perk. Let me know if this makes sense (but good catch on something confusing!)
