*one thing that is weird and semi- un immersive though, is if i craft a blood potion in a public area on a public cooking station, such as in a Tavern. pulling out some human flesh and blending it up in front of the Patrons..
Just tell them it's beef. If they ask why it's liquid just call them a milk drinker.
Been thinking about making an addon. Make blood potions from animal meat, that's a little weaker but still lets you feed. Like horse blood restores 25 stamina, beef blood restores 25 hp, fish blood restores 25 mana.
And also, Giant Toes, maybe those can keep us vamps fed?
i'll use vampiric seduction first, really convince them its BEEF !
if they get hostile, then i'll tear their heart out and make a potion out of them.
i would be willing to cook up a weak animal blood potion. for 25 Health.
i would like a Potent/Stronger Blood Potion too. add some miscellaneous herbs, some vampire dust or even a daedric heart.
or even a Supreme Blood potion. that if you take the heart of a unique npc, general Tallius or something, then you can craft a potion that gives you permanent bonus. that would give some incentive for vampires to seek out powerful NPCs. I think if i kill Harkon, I should be able to craft a Supreme Blood potion out of him.
Could not get the choice up in cooking station. Is it compatible with CACO?
Edit: Do not seem to be able to find the craftblood.esp in item spawner either. New edit: Found problem. Plugin was disabled after installation, but when I enabled it game do a CTD when I try to load a saved game.
All the esp does is ADD 2 crafting recipes (doesn't edit existing ones). Doesn't touch ingredients or make any other alterations. So basically shouldn't conflict with CACO.
Being a novice modder I don't know what went wrong.
