Wow these look great! Are you gonna try and make them work with some spear animation mods? How are they distributed btw, like will bandits and guards have these? Could you distribute them to stormcloaks?
Depending on your mods and modlist there's several solutions. Modlists like Nolvus auto detect names using BOOBIES and add in keywords to assign animations. Outside that, youll need to assign a keyword/stance/animation yourself since I didn't want to tack requirements etc on to the mod.
Currently they're distributed via leveled list, it should go to anyone that can have a ebony level weapon.
Really? They look like iron and steel spears shouldnt they just be, basic weapons? Spears were a rather low class/common weapon irl in history. That way we would be able to see much more of them among npcs too
Depending on your mods/modlist/keyword mods you can actually have it detect. Stuff like Nolvus has keyword patches to automatically assign the proper keyword to then add animations and icons, etc.
Unfortunately I considered adding the keywords but then Spears of Skyrim becomes a requirement for something that arguably doesn't need to be for most users. Anyone who cares will add the keyword/use a list where it wont matter, anyone who doesn't, wont.
