Changes the power from the great mod "Extended Rest - A Player Home" to scroll-casting

The great mod Extended Rest - A Player Home by Sunabozu automatically adds a lesser poer to the player. With this power you can teleport to and from the cell / player home added by that mod.
I made a few samm changes. These are:
1. You will not receive the lesser power (you can add it at any time via console command, but that would make my mod redundand).
2. You can craft two* "scrolls of long rest" at any forge with 4 Firewoods. (*two, to be able to port in and out of the player home)
This way you will need to be prepared on your journey to be able to access the player home, either by pre-crafting a bunch of scrolls or by finding a forge and firewood.
I added a totally optiona / alternate file for those who use CC-Camping. With this version you will only be able to craft the scrolls, if you have "camping supplies" in your inventory.
Install only one version. Bboth versions are ESPFE made for Skyrim 1.6.640 and lower (should work with best of both worlds downgrade to 1.5.97) I have no idea about the december 2023 update version, because I didn´t try it.
