A few mods that add hot pools and baths make use of steam. Skyrim Sewers also have a steam effect on the sewer cover entrances.
With Fire Hurts installed, these will hurt the player. I simple disabled the steam damage effect.
Please be aware; Fire Hurts NG is not compatible with 1.6.1130 at this time.
