Oh I see, so thats why they act like that when I summon them since im testing my modlist. I thought it was caused by some other mod I dont know i installed lol. Thanks!
Thanks all for the responses... unfortunately I did not keep the older 1.6.640 executables as I know that I should have... that being said, the location of the "Throw Voice" lines should be easy enough to find with SSEEdit and just copy into new plugin, then grab the line(s) from the USSEP into the newly created plugin as well. Once that is done, each of the six expressions has a conditional. Across form the conditional header in the whitespace for the new plugin, right click and "add" a new conditional. It will be default, so open the new conditional and replace the default with "GetInFaction", then enter. A new field populates underneath and that will need to be changed to "PlayerHousecarlFaction". The default return condition is zero, so no need to manipulate anything else. Exit SSEEdit and save, you can use MO2 or whatever and move new mod to folder and activate.
If you are unfamiliar with SSEEdit, now is a good time to experiment!
Anyone interested in backporting is free to do so.
Also, I have been lazily updating my files and have yet to try anything new with the CK yet, so I am unfamiliar. I have two mods in my new modlist that are "Form 43" and will need to get back into the CK to try that out for myself.
Haha, I noticed Lydia would say lines like these when I was messing around with her dialogue in a mod I was making, and I got sent down a rabbit hole of dialogues I had never even known were in the game.

Header version difference.
Edit: seems it can be back-ported safely with the older CK.
So, all is not lost.

Yes; that's what I did.
