Adds a new species of boar to Northpoint to serve as companions to the Wereboars that call that region home.

One of the unique creatures that appears in Northpoint is the Wereboar. However, no boars appear alongside them anywhere in the region. According to ionis, there were at one point designs for a Northpoint Boar, but sadly - like many parts of Northpoint - this never came to fruition.
So, while I'm sure it's certainly not as pretty as what the team was planning, I've made a new species of boar designed to look like the wereboars.
These boars have been added to the predator spawns for all of Northpoint. They and the wereboars have had new factions made so that they will help one another out if you come across both. Predator spawns have also been adjusted to allow for more variety.
I've also made a few other tweaks to levelled lists of food and ingredients to make the boar feel properly integrated within Northpoint.
