    What is this about and what mods even do this..?  I've never heard of this problem.

      something to do with old downgrade patcher, i had this thing too, just randomly 3 dots in dialog with any blacksmith

    You should really just delete the whole patch.bsa. All the assets in that bsa have been distributed (and many with updates) to the other bsas, and anything in the patch.bsa overwrites the files from other vanilla bsas, leading to issues like this.

      Are you sure by deleting the patch.bsa will fix the blacksmith's dialogue that has the 3 dots?
