I started experiencing the issue after entering the College of Winterhold for the second time in my playthrough. Sa'chil, is now permanently stuck standing next to the instructor on the pillar, towards the right side. While the "Follow" command appears available, she refuses to follow me or respond to any interactions or commands.
I haven't found any other reports of this specific bug, but I'm using a few other mods that might be relevant: Amazing Follower Tweaks and JK Skyrim. Both of these mods modify the game's landscape and could potentially impact follower AI behavior.
My guess is that there might be a conflict between Sa'chil's scripts and the College questline initiation, potentially linked to her proximity to the instructor. However, I'm unsure of the exact cause and encourage further investigation.
Additionally I have tried disableling and enabling again that has fixed some problems but not all she is still stuck there and I tried teleporting her to me but she starts running away pretty much instantly.
I did get this problem fixed by running the patch hub fix and initializing the college of winterhold script line after that it has fixed the problem and she is following me again
If she's in the "This person is busy" state, there is a debug-button in her debug-room just use coc SachilDebug and walk to the right, should be right next to the door :)
