   I decided to upgrade Sa'chil's cimitar and gave it to her, but whenever i try to access her inventory she won't stop asking for her sword back even though she has it already, is it a minor issue?

      There is nothing attached to the voiceline that makes her say that if her scimitar is upgraded.
      
      This line only triggers if you have her scimitar in YOUR inventory. Try giving it back :)
