Can someone explain how to use this? I selected the armor set in bodyslide and hit batch build, but when I load the game the armor still has no physics.
Same. Re read the instructions, tried again, same result. No clue.
EDIT: Ok, I fixed it for my game, I am going to post what I did: First off, maybe I did something dumb, but Xtudio's patch seemed to be the culprit for the missing gloves, when combined with this mod. I read his instructions and reread them, reinstalled everything, still no gloves. Maybe I'm an idiot, but I'd go with not, because all my other 300+ mods (some of his included) are working just fine.
Anyway, What I did was 1) Remove Xtudio patch, because I didn't need it anyway. I don't play female, and I don't play beast races, and I don't wear a backpack. (No offense to him, he does great work I just don't need this patch) 2) Maybe it's the fault of Mod Organizer, I don't know, but with the patch here I was getting 2 dead bodies wearing the armor and two entries for every Fluted Armor piece. The reason was there are 2 .esp files if you use both mods. My fix was to just manually download the patch here, then copy over the original Fluted Armor mod with this mods files. You can't just drag and drop once because he has the .esp in another folder. So copy over the .esp in the .esp folder, copy over the meshes, etc and now it works: I have gloves, I have my 100-bodyweight armor, and I have SMP physics. Just downloading the mod and activating it doesn't work, you need to manually download it and manually copy over all the original mods files.
I think that is what he meant to say... copy over 4thunknows files but he isn't fluent at English, I guess? Anyway, that was a fun hour of pain to figure out. I spend more time modding and downloading mods and then getting all this crap to work that I do playing the game. Hope it helps someone else.
The original has an ".esl" included while this patch has an ".esp". Technically, ".esp" is the one that would be used in this case. These ".esl" are more like ESMFE (light esm file), meant to be used for larger changes.
In MO you can move plugins to be "optional" left side, so they are still present but can no longer activated as plugins. This is what I usually do with incompatible patches, but in rarer cases I have done this, so I do not accidentally overwrite a patched esp with the original esp.
Awesome work as always bro😁 I have a question can u make HDT-SMP for ChakraSSE Armor of Blades it will be so awesome ty in advance and keep going great work❤️
I'm guessing by "cover it" you mean put it before the og file right or am I doing it wrong (obviously I'm doing something wrong as there's no smp physics despite having fsmp)
Edit: Just putting this question here because I haven't seen anyone else with my issue (which I'm having with other similar 4thunknown upgrades) in the comments lol
