Redid the fissures and craters in soul cairn, now in high poly and with magic swirly stuff

Does what it says on the tin.
Fissures:
- Adds new type of fissure specifically for soul cairn, has this dope swirl to it (If it looks familiar it's not because it's the same effect I had in Azuras Star Electrified and Subdivide and Smooth - Unique Trees)
- Alpha skirt not supported as I pulled this out of a larger landscape mod I've been working on and it requires specific texture conditions. The swirl hides the seam though
- Has no effect on the fissures in Tamriel
- Parallax supported
Crater:
- Redid the whole thing, less janky and now without the awful texture that seamed like crazy. Refers to your mountainslab texture instead
- Added some of that swirl on the bottom of the crater too to match the look of the fissures
- Parallax supported, optional ENB light version too, same I have in Certain Objects ENB Lighted
Compatibility etc:
- Should be alright, I don't think other mods affect these models or references. If I'm wrong let me know.
- FPS difference negligible
- Plugin flagged esl, has less than 2048 records for the based 1.5.97 -Chads
