Maybe the brigandine gives you the idea that it's cloth/leather armor, but those studs rivets metal plates underneath it for protection like the image below.
So wait, this is CBBE/HIMBO only, or is there FOMOD with default as an option?
This is a really nice Brigandine, exceptional, in fact, but I do not use a replacer.. (well I use base non-physics UNP for NPC women, because it superior in all ways to anything else, to me, but for my PC I use VANILLA all the way, but really want this Brig).
It should work fine with any other body replacer, including vanilla bodies. You just need CBBE/HIMBO if you want to adjust with bodyslide. Since you're all vanilla, the only thing you might notice is that some proportions may not match with the character's body when switching outfits around. It's just about consistency.
If such inconsistency doesn't bother you, you can use the mod as-is!
Ahh OK awesome......so often these 'made for body type X' armours are weighted and things, and need something like XMPSE or your get CTDs and so are out of reach for me.
If this does not, then that is awesome, I will grab it ASAP!!!
Hi! This armor looks awesome, but is there any chance to make a version with wider torso for vanilla male body? My character have athletic figure, and in this armor I look like I'm wearing a corset.
- Open console command - Type the following: help elmlock -- You should see all the formIDs for this mod's items - Type the following for each item: player.additem xxxx 1 -- Replace the xxxx with the full formID numbers of the item you're trying to add.
thank you for this great armor mod and color variatons, i hope theres an option in the future where there is an option of no gold trimmings just the engravings, you know, an added variant.

The armor looks great on female characters (CBBE/3BA), but...
Have any chance for standart male meshes (vanilla male body/better males)?
Current male meshes (HIMBO) have some issues when used with other armor pieces (vanilla male body).
P.S: Perhaps there is some way to convert HIMBO meshes to vanilla? Thx.
