      Sure thing.
      I've just uploaded 2 optional files which mimic the "Vanilla textures" files by Janquel.
      One is Simplicity of Snow compatible, the other is straight Vanilla compatible.

      While I generally don't recommend anything mid-save, I would think this should be fine for that.

   Would this mod be compatible with combo mods such as cotn Morthal + jk's skyrim or cotn + tgc morthal?

      Should be fine as it's just a straight mesh replacement for the buildings and doesn't actually edit the city. Also means that any of those combo mods that use the existing COTN meshes for their added buildings will also get the new look.
