About this mod

It is an alternative death mod, that on the one hand I have tried to keep as simple as possible, and on the other hand adds a gameplay reason to use some obscure things from the vanilla game and from some mods.

So, simple.

If you drink skooma, you are put in a state (you have a constant magic effect on you and even in the UI) of uncertainty. You are no more aware if you are in a dream or if everything around is real.

If you die in this state, you will be respawned on the place where you drank skooma for the last time. So it all was a dream, and this new shiny stuff was probably just looted from a random dead body or a hidden chest. Dragons, vampires - are you pulling my leg?

If you do not like to be in this state anymore - just talk to any NPC and ask them - is it real? They will assure you that yes, that is the harsh reality, and you will not be able to respawn anymore. Till another drink of course.

So all in all this mod gives you a toggleable system of being mortal/immortal and a way to mark a respawn point. All shenanigans that will arise are fully of your responsibility.

I definitely recommend to use it together with Skyrim On Skooma by JaySerpa. But if you do not want to - no problem, these mods are compatible, but do not require each other.

As per v.1.1 I have added two options:
1. If you set the global value OK_INEBD_AltSpell to 1.0, you will get only temporal protection. The duration is set to 1 day. I do not know how to set the spell duration to a global value, so if you want to edit this - edit the spell itself. The option is turned off by default (OK_INEBD_AltSpell  is set to 0).
2. I have added a time skip after you are "revived"/"woken up", the duration of the skip is in the global value OK_INEBD_LostTime and set to 24h by default. It should have been in from the beginning, but I have just forgot to include this thing. If you do not like it, set the value to 0.

My recommendation and the way I am going to use it (and what are you getting by default) is:
1. Keep the first option off.
2. Keep the second option on. It also gives a nice synergy with End Times, that I also recommend.

And yes, I have changed the name of the mod for easier tracking.

And yes, the esp is flagged as esl. The old style, compatible with everything.
