Hiya. Thanks for this mod. Just asking since I have 2141 mods right now but these wouldn't happen to crash me or anything right 😂 always paranoid when downloading these patches and if there's ever an update to the original mod then well skyrim goes boom
No, to my knowledge these patches should not cause any CTDs. I have a personal modlist I have been building upon for many years now that uses a lot of these patches and have not encountered any CTDs related to these. I'm a little paranoid too when it comes to modding, so something I do that has greatly reduced CTDs is manually checking every plugin I add to my list in xEdit. I first use the 'Check for Errors' option on the plugin and make sure there are no Null references "Error: Could not be resolved" errors (this will 99% of the time cause a crash), then I filter for conflicts and resolve anything that needs patching. This requires significant dedication and time but it is well worth it to have a large modlist that is stable.
Appreciate the reply, thanks for keeping this up to date and having them all bundled up in a easy to install fomod. I also found another fix you might want to check out and use yourself, called Spaghetti's Towns AIO - Interesting NPCs Patch if you do use interesting npc's
Thanks for the tip, will be sure to check in xedit whenever I have time!
Hey, how did you do "Skyshards No Cofig Book" patch? I want to make a patch so Triple Triad won't spawn Collection book in your inventory so I checked in xEdit how your patch works and I don't understand it 😰 It doesn't overwrite anything from Skyshards mod...
Not sure how you're not seeing it overwrite anything in xEdit. My patch removes a reference to the config book from a Quest record. If you open up Triple Triad in xEdit, look through the Quest records for a reference to the Collection book and you can simply remove it. Here's a screenshot of what all I'm doing: https://imgur.com/a/OJN3LGw
Downloaded your mod for the gender-exclusion patches for the Burps of Skyrim mod. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to work for restricting male NPCs belching.
At least on my system, when I went to update to v.1.9.1, the "Mandragorasprout's Molag Bol Statue" did not have a checkbox to select it. It looks like the patch did not get installed, either. I have Daedric Shrines - All in One, FYI.
Slight spelling error while you are at it, too. "Molag Bal"
Thank you for letting me know about this. I actually put this patch in the Manual Selection section of the FOMOD because this patch works with both the standalone and AIO versions of Mandragorasprout's mods. I guess I can set it up though to detect if you have either one of the plugins installed. I will make this change and fix the typo in the next update!
