If you have the time, could you break down how you edited Farts of Skyrim? I'm new to messing around with Skyrim and am interested in removing the children's farts in my game. Thanks for all the hard work
Hey, my patch for Farts of Skyrim simply removes some entries in some FormID Lists. If you open my patch up in xEdit you can see pretty clearly what's going on. If you want to remove children farts, you can search the FormID Lists added by FoS for any Child entries and just remove them. Let me know if you still need some help with this, I could probably make this patch pretty easily if you need me to.
I'd love to try to figure it out on my own, only used xedit to get an oblivion modlist to not crash before. Thank you much!
Update: Once I got brave enough to click "I'm sure" to the warning about editing, I figured it out, as well as copying some from FoS to your edit. Thanks much!
It could be outside of the scope of your patches, but there is a mod called Sinister Seven and as soon as you start new game it adds a quest to your journal to survive random boss attacks and I always thought that this quest is needless because it will just stay in your journal with the same objective for a very long time until you will kill every boss that randomly ambushes you and then it ends.
Is it possible to make a patch that removes that from the journal and just let's the quest run in the background? It could be not a lil patch tho, I dunno
Tbh with you I'm not too knowledgeable about how quests work so I'm not sure how to make this modification. However, there is a mod call Hide Those Futile Quests that should do what you are asking for.
When using Spaghetti's Faction LotD patch, it reactivates the deactivate Honorblade of Chorrol for players who have the the Oblivion Artifacts Patch. Just removing the Honorblade of Chorrol record in block 6, sub block 9 is enough to resolve this. There does not appear to be any other conflicts with LotD Oblivion Artifacts patch and Spaghetti's Faction Lotd patch.
I should report that on v.1.8 I am receiving the Music Mods Merged - SEC Sanits and Seducers Patch.esp. I do have the Extended Cut - Saints and Seducers, but I do not have the Music Mods Merged. It is auto-selected anyway in the FOMOD. You are probably also aware that the ESP is misspelled, but that might not be big deal.
Greetings, could I get a clarification? I saw this mod and would like to use the RM patch but I'm also on 1.5.97 (backdated from AE with CC content). It seems RaceMenu 04.19.11 is meant only for game version of 1.6.353 or newer. My current RM is 4.16. Can I run the newer RM to take advantage of your patch?
If you are using an older version of RaceMenu then add the contents of skee64_custom.ini into skee64.ini found in RaceMenu's mod, since the custom ini will be useless. Make sure to add each ini edit under their respective header. I've never used these settings on 1.5.97 so I'm not sure about their functionality on this version, test it out and let me know!
Edit: If you can, I also recommend using the latest version of the mods you're using :)
I was receiving random CTDs awhile ago pointing to RaceMenu. After researching a little, I came across this post and tried disabling those settings. I haven't had a RaceMenu related CTD since. Not 100% sure if this is what fixed the CTDs for me but the mod author of RaceMenu recommends to disable these settings if you encounter any problems with the mod.
There are a couple different versions of SSD that do not need a patch (i.e. the AlduinApply x0 versions) but all the other versions that buff Alduin add a perk and effect to him that need to be patched over. Also there's two SSDs that you may be getting confused with, my patch is for Simply Stronger Dragons not Slightly Stronger Dragons. This was made with your latest update that was just released today.
Oh thank you I made my own patch and am planning to include my own patch in the next FOMOD update for to be easily accessed then. Thank you for bringing it up to my attention!
Thanks for some patches tho i have 2 comments. 1 At Silent Moon Camp, the blood splatters still remain from dead mammoth.
2 Set to "Initially Disabled is not enough. When disable things, you have to flag it as "deleted". When you done that do a quick auto clean with SSEEdit. Then it will set the records to the corect "Initially Disabled".

Edit: Check out ChickenMike's profile for patches for the non-AIO Spaghetti mods.
