The Alternate Location (Winterhold Outskirts Location) version works perfectly with the Convenient Carriages mod! Aranea's house is about 20 feet away from the carriage horse's stable shed, so there's no problem at all with collisions or anything like that. As of the current version (1.1) of this mod and version 5.9.7 of Convenient Carriages mod.
Big thanks for the alternate location, hadn't even realized you made one. Now this can work perfectly along with this new mod, an alchemist shop in Winterhold.
That´s a real good idea. Especially as Coldsun made such a beautiful replacer for her - pity to forget her up on the shrine of Azura. Any chance to esl this mod?
I was going to use this mod, however, I installed Kinggath's East Empire Expansion mod and the East Empire Camp in Winterhold is in the same spot. Could you move the house back where the derelict house is?
Did i something wrong?When i installed this house i already got that quest for Azuras Star finished.I got Aranea in another house with My House Is Your House mod settled.Now i evicted her releasing fully from that house and now just sitting at her original place at Azura.I checked the inventory and she got no key to the house,so i used additem console command to give her and myself a key but after i leaved her,she was still staying at the shrine of Azura.Do this house need a fresh new playtrough to activate her new behavior related to her new location?
Sounds like you have another mod editing her and it's overwriting my changes. Probably check in SSEEdit to see what's overwriting her ai packages and inventory. You may need to rebuild your bash patch with Wrye Bash.
Now as you say ,only thing what overwrites her inventory is AFT(Amazing Follower Tweeks).But that again doesnt makes sense cause i now with another character i finished Illias quest in the tower and at the end i added her to the AFT and managed her outfit to be moddable list, just to take her faster to the house then there i released her and she without problem entered the house without me.
If you have any mod loaded after this one that changes absolutely anything about Aranea, and you don't use a bash patch, then you will not get her changes. Move this mod lower in your load order, or make a bashed patch.
Yeah i moved the thing lower in the loadorder,now its finally works.But maybe i misunderstood the situation after the key appeared in Araneas inventory.I was waiting with her at Azures shrine and she just dont wanted to move for days,then i got pissed off and took the key and opened the house .Then she finally started to go down the hill.Thats how it was mean to be?The key isnt for Aranea to open the housedoor but it meant to be for the player to take and open the door.At least thats how it worked out for me.Thanks for the replys.Sometimes everybody needs a little help to get on the right track. :D
This is an excellent idea, but as far as I understand it is not compatible with The Great City of Winterhold 4.1. Could a patch be coming? Maybe Aranea could make one of the demolished houses her own home?

- Is right outside Winterhold, past all the Civil War setup.
Choose one or the other. There's two main files available.if i'm gonna overhaul a city - i'd rather it be with buildings that have meaning and function, like this :)
this mod has new playable cell records.You can compact the mod yourself with SSEEdit.Edit: I just posted an alternate location for the house for anyone using any Winterhold mod aside from JK's Skyrim or Dawn of Skyrim.
