   This is really really cool! I'm a huge Morrowind and Dunmer nerd and I always love to see more content for that. Thank you so much for sharing! 
   
   Edit: The plugin isn't actually ESL flagged, can be done after compacting the FormIDs though :)

   Great addition to the capes, especially the House Telvanni purple one. One question: can you make them enchantable? Like with Fortify Destruction/Conjuration/other schools, Magicka, Magicka Regen? Neloth would be grateful (on second thought, he would probably make some condescending remark). I would be grateful though.
