Patches Kemper's Red Lavender Tundra to work with Folkvangr. Also tweaks the density and amount of the lavender so it is more sparse and visually coherent. Additionally it removes all of the lavender appearing in Forests and landscapes marked as "no grass".
Kemper's red lavender appears particularly well-suited for Folkvangr, creating a close to real life red tundra visual experience, like in this image:
