Hi! I'm running into an issue: with the custom voiced version Alistair just greets me but there is no dialogue for asking him to follow me. Must I activate both files or just the custom voiced file?
Hi! I loved the mod and i'm using it . But I can't install the custom voice. I read again and again all your texts and couldn't find how do I manually install his and Zevran's custom voice. Could you discribe how do I install their voices? thank you very much!

You install it just like any other mod, by dumping all files in your Data folder.
There are two different versions of the follower, one with the custom voice (Mediafire, it's the link I shared in my Dreamwidth) and one without (on Nexus, right here). If you want a custom voice, you need the framework AND the Mediafire file.

He looks great!! It's not easy to translate an NPC's look from an older game into a newer one, but you did a really good job - this is obviously Alistair to me. Also love the very slightly pointy ears hinting at his heritage ;-)
