But here I discovered a problem. There is a well in the yard of the farm, near the windmill. So, if you get close to this well, it is impossible to get away from it. The character just runs in place.
Is there an easier way to make the changes you made on the farm overwrite the changes that JK's Whiterun Outskirts made? Personally, I liked your farm more, but as JK's mod covers a larger area outside Whiterun, I'm trying to find the possibility of keeping both
Most of the changes I made to the world map should be contained in two cells, you would need to identify those cells (I don't have the coordinates at the top of my head) and make sure nothing but my edits are present in them, removing other mods edits for those particular cells. You may have to fix the landscape on the cell borders to prevent seams but basically that would be the most "brute force" way to patch them together.
Lux Via is not a requirement for Lux. The resource pack (from the Lux Via page) is, and it has a different ESP name. "Lux - Resources.esp" rather than "Lux Via.esp".
Lux Via is great. I've had my load order once simply to be able to look at it, but like all Tamriel-spanning mods, it's a compatibility problem (even with the author's enthusiastic patching). So for folks careful (or just tired) about compatibility, Lux Via is one of those non-starters.
Oh OK, that's where the confusion comes from, feels like there should have been a different mod page for the resources to avoid that. Never used any of these myself so I'll try to decouple them when I get the chance.
It' possible the landscape for one the cells is being overridden by some other mod, If that's the case maybe adding a rule to your load order may be enough to fix the issue, otherwise it would require a patch for that mod.
I cleaned the dirty edits on the cell I wasn't editing for the farm, that seems to fix the issue with the Tundra Homestead on my side, hopefully it will for others as well.

Edit: Thanks for the update
