in the game, you do not need to complete the trial to get the bow : it is in the cave from the start. It is (in vanilla) a decent starting bow because of that ease of access, making it too powerful could break balance.
One thing that could be an idea, but I am not sure it is possible, would be to have the enchantment or power be conditional on the status of the trials : none if none are done, and increasing with each gardian defeated.
I am quickly learning how to do things in the CK, I am going to see if I can set a trigger that makes the bow itself show on the last trial, thus, removing it until said stage
