  Warning:  I'd only use this on a new install of the mod, where NPCs have not been dropped into the world yet. (or a new game)
  
  If you're using a mod manager, you could drop it in below the original, enable it, and see what happens. Sometimes it works, sometimes it's a CTD, depending on what other mods got their hooks into those NPCs.

  This edit will NOT work at without the actual mod, so go download and give them some love and endorsements. It takes ages to make that kind of stuff.
