Update: I tested the house and this mod is going in a permanent slot in my modpack. I've tested maybe 40 houses including CC and this is top 5. Small cozy and fits so well. Most houses do not fit I found, but this is perfect. Thank you for making this!
I’m also having navmesh issues with followers as well. They can get up the stairs into the living area but can’t get back down the stairs to the front door, and they can’t get into the bedroom area or the secret room at all.
Yeah the navmesh is gonna be a consistent issue, it's all present but I don't know enough to see if it's fixable really, glad you like the house still though :D
no, you dont understand what im saying. This home is top notch and because of that I think the price of 3K septims is too low compared to what you get for it. A home in a major city fully furnished and workbenches for the Price of 3 1/2 horses.
Honeyside in the same city is liveless but still costs 12K septims
