A new, medium sized starting player home in Riften city. Can be purchased for 3500 gold.
Very luxuriously decorated player home, designed with a Rogue player's needs and wants in mind.

Briarside Lodge
Briarside Lodge is located near the Riften Graveyard and Temple of Mara, the home is available for purchase from the sign at the front door for 3500 septims.
The house is designed for a Rogue themed character, including most facilities except crafting facilities; the balcony overlooks the Graveyard, offering a particularly excellent view of the Thieves Guilds' secret entrance...
Upon entering the house there is the staircase up to floor which has the kitchen and living space, the door to the balcony is also located on this floor. The ladder up to the bedroom space is interactable, it can be retracted and rested against the beam or moved out fully when going up and down to make the room a little more spacious.
The top floor simply contains a few wardrobe containers, and, of course the master bedroom. There is idle markers all over the home for NPCs to interact with however there is only one main bed, so it's really only meant to make any NPCs in the cell seem less lifeless when idling around.
The basement section is located to the immediate left of the entry, going down to some misc clutter and empty containers, however.. The wardrobe seems rather suspicious looking, no? I wonder if something is hidden behind. The basement includes LOTS of interactive storages and facilities, such as the enchanting table, alchemy table, various interactive storages for armour, weapons, ingedients etc alongside a vault for hiding all your nefariously acquired goodies...

Basement;
The basement has the enchanting and alchemy table located within, alongside various interactive storages including: weapons, armour, ingredients, potions, poisons, soulgems and staves. There is also the vault tucked away at the back, for all the thieves guilds players looking to stash their goodies or any ole' wealthy adventurer looking to securely stash their goods.
First floor;
Upon walking up the stairs to the first floor there is the interactive ladder that leads up to the bedroom floor. The first floor also has a fireplace that can be toggled on or off when looking at it; the kitchen located beside it. Relaxing and lounging space is also located on this floor along with the doorway to the balcony. The curtains alongside the railing can be drawn to create a more private space.
Bedroom floor;
Not quite a 'floor' but its own separate space. The curtains overlooking the main room can be drawn, creating a more private space for the player to relax in. There's the main bed and a few containers located in this space, not much else to say.
