Nice, but I'm curious why you didn't simply combine the hawks and railing in one mesh, instead of adding the railing to the b mesh. I'm not saying it doesn't work, I just wonder if there's a reason I'm missing..
The CC BY-SA 4.0 Deed Licence states: I'm simply not keen on releasing my main mods under a free license. I have experienced often enough that more popular modders will use the assets of less popular modders if released under free licenses, add one or two things and then proceed to make the original mod obsolete.
The way I've done it now hurts nobody. Neither the users, as it doesnt require a plugin, nor wSkeever as his mod is still a requirement to keep the artstyle of Windhelm coherent. I doubt anyone would use this and not use 3D Fences together with it. This is also the reason why it took so long to release this as I wasnt aware of this second mesh being placed in the exact same spot until now.

Sorry to make a request on top of this, but would you consider adding an option for the "vanilla textures" version of Windhelm Fence 3D?
