Immersive Shortcuts 1.0 Good-late morning to Nexus. What's behind the doors? Well, you're just going to go and discover on your own. The locations have already been revealed. So it's time to do some traveling again<3
Mod is ready and working. If you're updating, just download and overwrite. Works on SE, AE, and even PS4 / Xbox support. Also, the locked keys are available on the otherside, assuming you visit Highrothgar once and the DLC1 Forgotten Vale.
Running it together with the GTS collection and so far only found 1 issue - seems to be with Skybound Underhang Camp (https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/54993).
Wow that camp is directly on the door spot. I guess, I can move it on a separate file version just so GTS doesn't have to move all that clutter for my door.
Hello, may I request a version without the added inns and npc for more compatibility? I'm currently trying to find them as I'm not seeing their location on the modpage, but I already have many worldspace addition mods
all the content in this mod is standalone, which means the npcs and inns. They are not found in the skyrim roads or maps, they are included in their own custom cell with these new shortcuts.
would it be possible to add a version that has map markers? I'd get it if you didn't want to do that but I'd really appreciate being able to see where these shortcuts are on my map.
quick question, do followers/npc's such as enemies have a navmesh in the shortcuts? When I entered one near Dawnstar, my follower was just standing there and I thought she was broken-and the enemies didn't move besides the fact of them swinging their weapon.
working on that navmesh on the next update. its taking longer to add because im now on SE creation kit working with the worldscape. So for now followers stay out unless you can summon them.
Yes, same question as player goat9988, WHAT'S BEHIND THOSE DOORS? Fantastic idea by the way! If this gets rid of going around a mountain and fast travel, then I'm in (Maybe a video would answer a lot of questions). You mention carriages, do you have plans for this, within these Emmersive Shortcuts?
The way I understand, these are physical shortcuts, like underground tunnels or cave systems. The author mentions some content added that you can discover - I assume that this is what we might find behind the doors. If this is the case and the mod doesn't conflict much with others, sounds like fun. I suppose though that a slightly more precise description would help avoid confusion indeed.
I followed instructions and have been looking for the Riverwood entrance but can't find it anywhere. I'm not even sure it loaded properly. I did both MO2 and then manually installed in my Skyrim/Data folder
Do you really figure I'm new just because I'm trying to be clear and careful with my modding?
Would you rather I be someone that doesn't read the description for the instructions, just drop files in and then come complain and call mods trash for supposedly not working?

There is zero reason it would not work with a mod manager
