Removed hoods, helmets or hats for female NPCs outfits from Kalilies.
Note: Olda from Dragon Bridge uses a random outfit, and there's a ~50% chance she wears a hat. I'm not changing her, you can just use the console to reset her inventory until she doesnt.
Let me know if I missed any other.
If you are in the middle of a playthrough you'll probably need to reset their inventory (open console, select NPC, resetinventory).
Done by changing NPC's outfit to a version without the headgear.
Since there is no hoodless court wizard outfit, I modified the "werewolf mage" outfit (not referenced by any NPC) which uses Blue Robes and added the shoes. If you think NPCs losing magicka regen from this change is a big deal, download the archived version which also changes those robes to give the same magicka regen as the Blue Mage Robes
