This issue has fixed itself retroactively in my game. Use this mod only if you need it.

See screenshots. Just applies the dynamic snow shader to the roads so that they don't look totally broken and blend properly. Requires Real Roads SE and Simplicity of Snow. ESL-flagged.

If you use DynDOLOD you'll need to open up xEdit and make sure you forward any edits this plugin makes to DynDOLOD.esp, or just regenerate DynDOLOD. Either one works.
