I looked in xEdit and that navmesh conflict doesn't cause issues. I tested both in-game, and both NPC and follower pathing (as well as a random deer that cut through) were still intact. In fact, the mods were 99% compatible, and with the new update I've got coming out, they'll be fully compatible without a patch. Thanks for testing and reporting.

Apparently navmesh conflicts need manual patches for that mod but I'm not sure what I'm looking at.
Functions just fine with the Southwoods district as advertised; don't have the other mods installed to check against.
Lovely addition to an unused area of the game, and fits right in with the feel of Riften.
