   Was checking records in xEdit and found a navmesh conflict with SR Exterior Cities Series All In One at Skyrim Special Edition Nexus - Mods and Community (nexusmods.com) 
   
   Apparently navmesh conflicts need manual patches for that mod but I'm not sure what I'm looking at.

      I looked in xEdit and that navmesh conflict doesn't cause issues.  I tested both in-game, and both NPC and follower pathing (as well as a random deer that cut through) were still intact.  In fact, the mods were 99% compatible, and with the new update I've got coming out, they'll be fully compatible without a patch.  Thanks for testing and reporting.

   Functions just fine with the Southwoods district as advertised; don't have the other mods installed to check against.
   
   Lovely addition to an unused area of the game, and fits right in with the feel of Riften.
