   Hate to join a debate so late but: Will this clash in any way with FranklyHD Dawnguard Armor and Weapons?
   I just don't wanna install it and see textures and meshes that don't mix well. And Im hesitant to install now as I am about to start the dawngward quest in my game.

       Yes that is correct,
       The original armors are still there, so you'll have a lot more armors to choose from for the Dawnguard.
