Thank you for the endorsements, everyone!

This shows that even simple mods like this can make a huge difference in gameplay.

v1.0 - if you are using this version, you are safe, no need to update
    v1.1 - re-saved the plugins in SSEEdit
v2.0 - new NMM installer! Celebration for reaching 100 endorsements! Let me know if you encounter any issues with the installer, this is the first time I created one!
v2.0a - minor update, only for the installer. Fixed issue where it will install ALL folders inside the zip file in the v2.0 - doesn't do anything game breaking. You just have extra No NPC Folders which doesnt do anything.

    ---

Keep on the comments coming people. I featured some reviews in the mod installer. Love your reactions!

    ---

Reduced Distance version NOW AVAILABLE on PS4!

Feel free to port this over to XBOX

    ---

    Known Issue:
nmm will report you don't have latest version installed - it's a miss on my part to update versioning of the info documentation of the mod. mod should work as intended

This mod doesn't work very well. Sometimes it causes the NPC's not to talk at all. Yes I tried altering settings and using it with a vanilla install.

It does not seem to work for me with MO2 either. I ended up using NMM for just this (and only this) and it works that way. I just leave it as unmanaged in MO2 and check it as a plugin.

Ah, that explains why it isn't working properly. I finally got sick of the s#*! Vortex pulls and deleted everything to restart with MO2. While I appreciate the cleanliness of the latter's virtual installing, it does cause some headaches not caused by the former's sledgehammer approach...and this might be one of them because this mod worked perfectly in the previous install.

Maybe I misunderstand what this mod is supposed to do. I thought (hoped) it would shut the NPCs up, but with the mod installed they seem to be just as determined as ever to annoy the living f*#@ out of me. No matter which option I choose on installation the mod doesn't seem to do anything. Oh well, <sigh> it was worth a try.

So apparently the "reduced range" on NPC greetings only applies to horizontal planes, not vertical ones. I was in the basement of Solitude's Temple of the Divines on the "Wolf Queen Awakened" quest, and when I passed beneath the point in the ceiling over which the priestess near the front stood, she greeted me through the floor!
