her story (writing characters is fun okay dont judge me):
Anera is a bosmer who fled from Valenwood with her family following its Thalmor occupation, and has been living in Skyrim and Solstheim since her early childhood. She is a mercenary by trade, who favors fighting with large axes and spells--which is fairly uncharacteristic of most bosmer, who usually prefer archery, but she picked up all of these skills during her studies of destruction magic at the college of winterhold and her apprenticeship under Wulf Wild-Blood of the Skaal on Solstheim. Anera is well connected with both imperials and stormcloaks--which is likely because she often runs missions for each, in attempt to weaken the Thalmor incursion of skyrim (and yes, the empire claims to support the thalmor, but there are still some who oppose it greatly, who Anera is very keen to work with)
