It could be done, although I don't know how much TaleWorlds would care if I "borrowed" their stories. I did think about making something like that, but I got too carried away with the idea of my "own" characters and was too inexperienced with the workflow to even think about adding 16 different characters.
If I'll do such a mod, I'll probably just use the vanilla scripts to control them, since that would make them compatible with EFF/other management mods. Using four separate custom frameworks in this one was a dumb idea on my part, especially since the vanilla script does everything I wanted, except like two things which I can easily do with just a new quest.
