probably a conflict with another mod that changes something about Lydia (outfit, stats, etc.), check your load order and try to put this replacer after everything
I don't know why it took me so long to realize most of my favorite NPC makeovers and presets are from the same author, but OMG you character design skills are amazing. I usually use Lissette for my personal preset but was looking for something different to fit a slightly darker character and stumbled upon your Lydia replacer. Is there a way I can use this as a preset for my character? I use Lydia as a follower and can't have her looking better than my DB. I would also love to see a Kaidan replacer from you and I am sure a lot of others would too! But either way, excellent work. Not only do the characters look great (OMG Ulfric) but your mods always work flawlessly, even with a 1500 mod list. Thank you!!!

Kaidan has been in my mind for a while but it's a bit trickier because of the body scars, also I'll have to check for the permissions, but I'll consider it for sure ^^

Definitely, from all version available here (and compatible with AE) this is the best. Though, I got used already to vanilla face of Lydia, and this one looks like Dianne van Giersbergen:)
Fun fact, at first I had made Valkirya as a Lydia replacer, but then I thought the blonde version didn't suit her so I turned her into a standalone follower. I'll add the preset in the next pack for sure :D
