Want to suggest a new spell name or have a general suggestion? Reply to this post and I will implement the ones I like as soon as the mod is complete with the features I initially wanted it to have.
I've implemented a few additional magic effects attached to the spell using CK. Added paralysis (30 sec duration), stagger, and modified health absorb duration/curve/magnitude to be less than lethal on enemies with 100+ HP.

suggestion: a collection of really disturbing cries of pain, and the noise of a horse biting an apple. spell effect should debuff movespeed, and ragdoll, but not do that much damage. maybe even a chance to make enemies flee? or uh, limp away.. i guess making their eyes bulge is out of scope? :D
It would be cool if this spell (or a variant of it) influenced your speech skill/persuasion/barter price with the npc being...err...magically gonad grabbed. I can't imagine a persuasive tool than this XD I also like the downed state idea, perhaps it could be a more powerful version that forced npc's in combat to immediately submit, or at least temporarily. Also, love the third pic XD
Hmm ... with the possible exceptions of draughr (who seem to have withered away almost completely) monsters from Coldharbor, Dwemer 'bots and skeletons, just about 50% of everything animate that you're gonna meet will, or should, be male. Unfortunately, I don't think the game records male/female for most animals and monsters, which would seem to limit the spell, some would say unfairly.
An easy solution to this would be to have it apply to females as well, which allows you to expand its scope far beyond the humanoids.
Of course, as females tend not to have testicles, we're gonna have to look at the name. Now, quick research on the Interwebs indicates that strong pressure applied to the abdomen over the ovaries, or a strong blow to the female external genitals, can cause similar pain and incapacity.
With this in mind, I submit a new name: GRIP (Genitals Ripped Into Pieces).
Instead of searching for a male gender flag, you just need to check the actor's race, and Bob's your parent's sibling.
If you specify races with an exclusion list, you'll have less need for a patch for each new race added by mods.
For effects, I'd suggest an animation showing the recipient (if humanoid) folding up, and then collapsing/falling to the ground (Sudden image of a vampire lord in flight, hit by this, ). Assuming that the effect is as strong as described, I'd expect the recipient to be incapacitated for the next 15 to 30 minutes or so, game time, at the least. After that time, I'd expect significant impairment for additional hours. Of course sufficiently powerful heals should be able to remove the effects.
Amusing idea. I'd probably use it if a more balanced version came out.
I don't imagine female NPCs being completely immune (I'm sure there's SOMETHING in their anatomy that could technically be targeted), but maybe taking 25% damage.
While I can imagine it dealing good damage, probably should only be able to be used once per target (since they wouldn't have balls anymore), after which they sit in bleedout for a bit, but then get up with a rage FX and doing more damage, because damn, you just took their balls.
If there was an effect, like a small red explosion in the testicular area, that would be a cherry on top.
I will start working on a balanced version after my semester exams. Also yes, women also feel pain if kicked in the groin but imo it's funnier this way (there will me separate spells to hit women and both men and women).
The small red explosion is a good idea, will add it when i start working on it, will also replace the current hit sound effect with a combination of an apple bite sound and wilhelm scream.
A friend and I; both members of the college of winterhold, debated long ago about testicular torsion and the school it should belong to. We concluded that testicular torsion should be part of the alteration school.

also will balance the mod so it makes more sense to use it on a normal playthrough and it doesn't feel game breaking
also when i release the balanced mode i'll add a stun effect to the spell and make the damage/magicka more balanced
