A small mod that removes the DLC NPCs (in vanilla areas) that Shattered left untouched. In case you don't plan on using the DLCs in Shattered and want that extra immersion.

THIS REMOVES THE VANILLA OPTION TO GO TO SOLSTHEIM. If you want to go there still, you will need a different mod.

I removed the crew at Windhelm that takes you to Solstheim, as well as the Dawnguard Ferryman around the world.
