I figured I should ask permission as you have listed it as such. I would assume I would also need to know what mods you used when making her in CK as well, if you grant permission. If you would prefer I don't then that's fine too I guess.
Could you please at least give her some farm clothes? Some random naked woman hanging out in the Riverwood Trader wielding a Dwarven Greatsword is not very immersive for me.
I've never worked with an SMP mod before. It's not on my list for future updates right now since I have no experience in implementing it on my followers.
I originally made a typo in the folder structure, instead of "character" I added an "s" which causes the crash. It should be fixed in the new version posted hopefully.
A very nice companion, thank you for creating this. However, there are a few minor errors in the mod:
There is a typo in the folder structure: the subfolder "textures\Actors\Characters" should be named "textures\Actors\character", this incorrect path results in ctd.
Also you can remove the tga file from FaceGenData, it is unnecessary.
Additionally, changing the plugin to ESPFE only requires setting the ESL flag in xedit ("File Header" section, "Record Flags" field), no additional steps are needed.
Quick note on converting to ESPFE: If you just set the ESL flag in xedit, you can easily get bit if the FormIDs in your follower mod are outside the range allowed by a ESL-flagged ESP. LOOT users especially will see this and tell you about it.
I highly recommend using this mod to do the conversion. Load your follower in xedit and run the script - it'll automatically renumber any FormIDs necessary and set the ESL flag.
