   She's in Dragons Reach.  She has fangs, Nightingale armor, a Blades' katana and Lydias voice.

   Armor looks like Nightingale, Weapon appears to be Blades Katana.  Bikini  is one out of the Mini Bikini mod

      Sweet. Sometimes it's hard to tell because people will take pictures with armor that the follower does not actually doesn't come with so I did not want to assume that's what she had so hopefully someone will share some pics to confirm
