This is honestly just for myself since I have a bad memory. This is just my notes of what I did to translate the PNG texture file to a working DDS file.
> Download PNG
> Import to Gimp
> Resize to 1024x1024
> Export
> Click on "Select File Type (By Extension)
> Find both DDS export options
> (First DDS export option has no issues)
> (Second DDS export option says "The given file extention does not match the choosen file type" I do not know what this means. I save anyways and the export is successful. I am unsure if Mod Owner uses first DDS export option or this one to have texture error fixed. Until I know, this method will be used in all exports...
