   Yes I have both MCO - First Person Patch and MCO First Person Patch - MCO Fixes Consistency
   
   It is asking for AMCO_bugFix.esp

      I believe the consistency patch is no longer required if using the most recent version of Bug Fixes in the link I posted.

   This mod also allows attacking for third person and no longer allows me to block.

      Blocking in third person with left click works fine on my end, you have another issue on your end. 
      
      The added condition is entirely exclusive to 1st person mode.

      I actually want that to happen lol would I just copy the conditions to the 3p idles? I use the skse dw block mod so I dont need to ever have my normal block key
