Open the console. Click on an NPC. Type "tcai". This turns off the combat AI.
If you want, you can also type "tai" to turn off non-combat AI. This will effectively freeze the NPC's where they stand.
If saving with AI turned off, ensue you don't use that savegame for your main playthrough, because turning the AI on and off with saves can make those NPC's go a bit wonky and unresponsive. Just use these savegames for testing purposes.
Thank you. I'll try to redo the screenshots. BTW, I never use a savegame for testing, I always go from the start screen with the console and coc levelerstower03, where a nice big arena is, where nothing can go wrong.
