It's to populate dwarven ruins with Dwarves (automatons friendly obviously) and put Falmers only in the "tunnels" or underground "cave" sections.
Could be great. I someone is up to the task, i will create many Dwarf presets.
A special overhaul for some Markarth people too, like Dain Iron-Foot will be the replacer of Jarl Igmund for example.
