You have one high res cow (Brown with white face, no horns) and a lower res cow (Black with white face, no horns) - I know it's asking a lot, but if you ever did incorporate the mihails cows, could you keep the high res one? It's unique and well done, I don't think anything else has one like it.
hello there. thank you for the attention. but I'm working on a massive farm project at the moment. and also on a fauna mod for Skyrim that will be a lot more realistic and diverse. so bear with me my friend, in about a month time. i will upload them :)
if the cows are the same body size as the normal skyrim ones, you can do the changes yourself by redirecting the texture and mesh paths in SSEDIT and nifscope
There's definitely an easier way, but I patched this for myself with just the meshes and textures. For the first two (sheep + goose): rename the folder (/meshes/arctors/skytestanimals/... ) to (/meshes/arctors/farm animals.esp/...) to get those versions in game instead. Also make a copy of (textures/actors/skytestanimals/...), and re-name it (textures/actors/farm animals.esp/...). I had to rename xtudo textures to overwrite the ones the sheep are using. For the baby sheep, you'll have to go into the esp and change the texture paths to the ones specific to the babies. they'll look fine either way, though.
For the cows, use this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/87970 and do the same.
For the chickens, use this: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/84328 and do the same, again.
Chicks are here: https://www.nexusmods.com/skyrimspecialedition/mods/84145 And again, same process. EZ. You can make the cows work by grabbing the SkyTEST Cow Replacer by the same person and placing the textures in the right paths.
That was a normal request. Chill buddy... this mod is nice but there is always space to make it better. And the survival mode is an intigrated part of the game... so it's normal that it is asked to make a survival patch... other modders have some patches for own mods too when they know they can make it better as before... When the modder thinks it is ok like it is, than it's her/his decision when other modder do it better and gets more endorses.

I know it's a lot and I'm sorry for being a bother but I wasn't able to figure out how to manually adjust your files or switch the textures.
Either way it's appreciated, this is a great mod.
