If you use Seasonal Landscapes, and this Whiterun Object Smimed - parallax, instead of using theSeasonal Landscapes - Whiterun stairs SMIMed patch of Seasonal Landscapes - Skyrim Objects SMIMed patches, use this Seasonal Landscapes - Skyrim Objects SMIMed - pa instead, it's the same but with parallax enabled. So you will have Seasonal Landscapes, Whiterun Object Smimed - parallax and Seasonal Landscapes - Skyrim Objects SMIMed - pa, instead of Seasonal Landscapes, Whiterun Object Smimed and Seasonal Landscapes - Whiterun stairs SMIMed patch which are not parallax. Also I must say I'm still testing Seasonal Landscapes, maybe there's more parallax patches to do...

I have a question though, if we use seasons do we only download the seasons file, or do we need all 3?
